Awesome Mail Box

awesome mail box

This picture was taken sometime ago, when we visited Hanging Rocks. This interesting looking mail box immediately caught my attention as we were driving around looking for “Gravity Hill”. Took a few shots of this but I wasn’t proud to show it at all. This is the final product after a few magic touch using iPhoto plus some cropping, flipping and rotating.

I’veĀ  decided to upload the original picture with no modification for comparison. Big difference, I’d say.

Picture below depicts the Gravity Hill on Straws Lane. I can’t really remember what is the full address of that place but I’ll make a habit of google map my location the next time I find any interesting place.

So basically, judging from the angle of this picture was taken. Imagine that we’re in a car and engaged onto a neutral gear. Logically, the car will roll down the hill. But at Gravity Hill, our car actually goes up towards the hill! MAGIC! But of course there’s a scientific reason behind it.

Hi. I just noticed that your site looks like it has a few code problems at the very bottom of your blog’s page. I’m not sure if everybody is getting this same problem when browsing your site? I am employing a totally different browser than most people, referred to as Opera, so that is what might be causing it? I just wanted to make sure you know. Thanks for posting some great postings and I’ll try to return back with a completely different browser to check things out!

Thanks for the heads up! I did developed the site to look the best with the major browser like Firefox, latest IE, Chrome and Safari. I’ll look into Opera and see how it goes. Have you tried updating your Opera browser? If it is possible, could you email me a screen shot of the problem you’re experiencing? Cheers!
